My love for coaching stemmed from my own training. I grew up competing in athletics, cross country, futsal (indoor soccer) and football (outdoor soccer) at a high level. I was exposed to a range of coaches and training techniques.
Once I started to do extra training myself, I was researching speed, agility, endurance and strength drills
My love for coaching stemmed from my own training. I grew up competing in athletics, cross country, futsal (indoor soccer) and football (outdoor soccer) at a high level. I was exposed to a range of coaches and training techniques.
Once I started to do extra training myself, I was researching speed, agility, endurance and strength drills to test athletic improvement drills on myself.
Local parents and kids saw me training and started asking if I could coach them and/ or their kids to train the way I was training. I have been coaching now for over seven years.
Performance coaching for each client can look different. Whether I'm working with young athletes, aged 8-16, older athletes, 17-25, or everyday people, 16-40+ years old, wanting to improve their general health, I will work with you to create a personalised training and/ or nutrition plan to reach your goals.

- Analysing running technique and mechanics
- Analysing coordination and agility
- Analysing flexibility and mobility
- Testing base-line endurance and fitness
- Testing base-line strength
- Assessing current meal plans
- Introducing new training drills and exercises
- Introducing new meal plans
I aim to increase my clients overall athletic ability and general everyday health through a holistic health approach, which means incorporating aspects of speed, agility, endurance, strength and flexibility.
My vision is to assist people of all levels to achieve their goals, specifically athletes looking to improve performance.
I'm committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where clients feel supported, so that they can reach their full potential.
One-on-one online or in person training sessions.
Small group consists of 3-4 clients training together, clients must have a group together before reaching out.
Weight loss, weight gain, muscle building and general health improvement can be achieved through nutrition, contact me for more details.
A program like this is agreed upon for a set period, ie. 4, 6 or 8 weeks, we discuss the goal and arrange training times either in person or online and payments are made after the first session. Clients choosing this option will have priority when it comes to training times. Contact me for more details.
