My love for coaching stemmed from my own training. I grew up competing in athletics, cross country, futsal (indoor soccer) and football (outdoor soccer) at a high level. I was exposed to a range of coaches and training techniques.

Once I started to do extra training myself, I was researching speed, agility, endurance and strength drills  to test athletic improvement drills on myself.

Local parents and kids saw me training and started asking if I could coach them and/ or their kids to train the way I was training. I have been coaching now for over seven years.

Clients

How it started

Performance coaching for each client can look different. Whether I'm working with young athletes, aged 8-16, older athletes, 17-25, or everyday people, 16-40+ years old, wanting to improve their general health, I will work with you to create a personalised training and/ or nutrition plan to reach your goals.

Whether I'm working with young athletes, aged 8-16, older athletes, 17-25, or everyday people, 16-40+ years old, wanting to improve their general health, I will work with you to create a personalised training and/ or nutrition plan to reach your goals.

Plans may include but are not limited to:

- Analysing running technique and mechanics

- Analysing coordination and agility

- Analysing flexibility and mobility

- Testing base-line endurance and fitness

- Testing base-line strength

- Assessing current meal plans

- Introducing new training drills and exercises

- Introducing new meal plans

I aim to increase my clients overall athletic ability and general everyday health through a holistic health approach, which means incorporating aspects of speed, agility, endurance, strength and flexibility.
